Virginia has updated its minimum auto insurance requirements, effective January 1, 2025.
Here’s what YOU need to know:
- The minimum coverage for bodily injury or death of one person will increase from $30,000 to $50,000.
- For two or more persons, coverage will rise from $60,000 to $100,000.
- Property damage coverage will increase from $20,000 to $25,000.
