# Joseph Cantor and Irv Cantor Achieve $2.125 Million Settlement
        
Our law firm is excited to announce that partners Joseph Cantor and Irv Cantor recently settled a motor vehicle crash case for the sum of $2,125,000 shortly before trial.
 
A 50-year-old female was driving her automobile on a highway, stopping for congested traffic, and was rear-ended by a delivery truck.
 
The plaintiff suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage, a spinous process fracture of C7, and a distal radius fracture of her left wrist, among other injuries.
 
The plaintiff underwent an open reduction internal fixation surgery of her left wrist.
 
The plaintiff remained out of work in her job as a financial compliance advisor for five months. She has remained at her job but has experienced difficulty with her job duties.
 
The plaintiff is a delightful person, who is not much of a complainer, and has done her best to get back to her daily routines after serious injuries.
 
The case settled at a mediation a couple of months before trial.
