Plaintiff’s decedent, a 22-year-old college student, died during a dental procedure in a newly renovated dental office. During construction, the oxygen and nitrous oxide lines had been switched in error. The case involved 10 defendants. The decedent is survived by his parents and 20-year-old sister.
