RICHMOND, VA – The Virginia Trial Firm (Cantor, Grana, Buckner, Bucci) announced a $16 million settlement in a wrongful death and personal injury case stemming from a tragic motorcycle accident in Hanover County.
The incident occurred on a rural Hanover road when a driver crossed the center line, colliding with a motorcycle carrying a husband and wife. The husband, 59, died at the scene, leaving behind his wife and three adult daughters. The wife, 56, sustained devastating injuries, including the loss of her lower leg and serious back trauma.
